Im going to briefly elaborate how to get more members on clash of clans.These tricks and tips only work if your base is well developed is well developed.Your base must be atleast max th7 with no rush.For the rushed leaders it is hard to run a clan with fewer level troops and XP.
There are so many points to mention if you are a leader who is looking for a bunch of heavy th7+.
1,Anyone can join
In the clan settings ,turn the option into anyone clan join.Setting this option will get you with some members but most of them contain noobies.Making the clan anyone can join will force your clan to be on the clan search lists,new players will click it and they join.
2,Invitation
You can find a option to invite the players from hilarous global chat on coc.Try it.Many users will come to your clan asking for powerfull troops,give them what you have.The another key points to note while inviting the people from global is that,If you are in a higher league (for eg:- Masters,Champion leagues) invite will bring pretty heavy th8s and th9s.So your league also matters in getting powerfull members for your clan.
3,Interaction and Promotion
Interact with the players.Chat with them and shares ideas with them.The anothet keymark when focusing on populating the clan is promotion.Try to understand the new people thay you have got from global and prmote them tp elder.Making them elder enables them to invite players from there global.After doing couple of wars and challenges with the new mate promote them to co.Making them co helps the leader in many ways.A Co - Leader can change the clan settings ,kick the elder etc...So try to give co to the trustfull players.
(NoTE):- Many players urge into your clan asking for co even before saying hello.Do not promote them they are the trollers and hoppers.They kick the members and elder from your clan and leave)
Donations
There should be uniform donations in regular time.Members will leave if they didn't get the troops that they want and what level.they want.
3,Miniaccounts?
Here is a small explanation about mini accounts.Mini accounts help you to understand how the clan war works.Try to make couple of new accounts and save them in new gmails.Miniaccounts helps you to get small members who are looling for a clan also try to win wars using miniaccounts,Many people come to your clan and the first thing they check is war status.Check the explanation below.

Next main theory is the war theory.Almost evry player from global is thirsty for war starting from noobies from hardcore th9's.Both new comers and experts are looking for a tough clan with strict code.Try to win couple of wars and invite the players from global.They will certify your clan with war log.The green marks in the log will impress them and they will stay in the clan to do wars.
5,Advertising
To get more players you need to start advertising.Advertising in global are pretty time taking but worth process..but of you dont have no time to waste try advertsing your clan in different groups and communities on Facebook.You can find tons of clash of clans group on facebook.Advertise your clan profile with requirements.Connect to the people in the group and start sharing your ideas about it.Simply sitting alone doesnt make your clan top.
6,Stay Active
Many people from global are alwyas looking for a active clan.They do not stay in the clan if it is dead.Try to become online on coc and chat with clanmates.Also,most important thing is you must encourage the old members in clan to become active
7,Friends
The new update on coc have enabled to view friends and add them worldwide.You can easily find your friends from facebook who plays coc.Open social and friends,you could see people who plays coc.Apart from Internet friends try to encourage your friends from school/college to try coc and join your clan ;) .
